Egg Filled Day

Today seemed to fly by for me! My day went a little like this- work, teach Body Step, clean up more boxes (we're ALMOST done), din din, and now its almost shower time!

As for my clean meals today:

For breakfast, I had hard boiled egg whites and coffee (no pic).

Lunch- big salad:

Chobani:

Applesauce:
Piece of homemade whole wheat bread:

Before Step, I had an egg white protein shake (1 scoop protein, 1 cup milk, ice). I got this protein from Best Price Nutrition (free shipping!!):

Din din- egg whites cooked with black beans, broccoli, apple:

I also just had a snack of more apple and PB (what can I say- I am an apple addict!).
Hows the weather where you are?

That salad is gorgeous - yum! By the way, I'm so honored that when you watch Rock of Love Bus you think of me ;) I was definitely watching last night!

Eats are looking fab, and I LOVE eggs!!

I think we are supposed to get rain here tomorrow, which is a shame because it was pretty nice and mild today :(

today was ugly weather; raining this morning, overcast all day, then totally humid. ew. haha.

but love the salad!

How do you like the egg white protein? I've always wanted to try it, then get scared and buy whey. :)

The weather here is getting better. I think it was around 60 today, but it'll be closer to 30 tonight.

haha maybe its the clean eating because the other day i had so many apple things and it was out of the ordinary for me!

I love your egg filled day and thanks so much for the link! I found a tub of the whey protein for $20 at Kroger... I might go back to get it but its hard when the designer whey is HALF the price.

who am i kidding, no its not hard at all because jay robb tasted way better.

Im silly!

Weather was nice it was 68 and sunny today but getting chillier this week. boo.

So you like that protein? I usually don't like strawberry flavored things. Glad your Monday went fast. Mine was long. I worked til six, worked out, and finally had dinner and a shower. Time to relax!!
We had SNOW today. I hate it!

are the egg yolks not part of the clean diet? hmmm. those have all the nutrients in them. that would be hard for me to give up. I have that book on my list to get though, as I love the concept.

I've been eating lots of eggs lately, too. Not sure what's up with that.

It's in the 50s here today. Supposed to be a high near 70, but I'm not holding my breath.

I fully support the obsessive ingestion of apples. I stir apple in my oatmeal every morning, and eat another one for my afternoon snack. I love my apples! :)

I love eggs! You can make egg breakfast tacos you know--wheat tortilla, ranch beans and scrambled eggs with cheese--heaven!!!

I'm totally addicted to apples and PB! Your food looks very clean and very wholesome. Good for you!! Looking at your eats is making me notice more and more how "unclean" many of my favorite things really are. I love posts that make me think. :-)

It's cold here in DC, but the sun is shining. That makes the cold much more tolerable!

Awesome clean eating, definitely lovin the eggs!

The eggs and beans look good :) I've been curious, how does the protein powder taste? Is it like a strawberry milk?

It's storming here in MO!
