Wonderful Blog Birthday

Hi folks! I can't believe the amazing response to my Cinnamon Bread giveaway! Don't forget- you have until Sunday at midnight to enter. Thank you all for the happy blog birthday comments! My day at work was full of meetings so it flew right by! I came home and gave the whole house a nice clean and then made up an easy dinner-

A melty turkey sammy for Josh:

And V8 Corn Soup with added corn, chicken, and lots of ground red pepper. On top of the soup, I put some tortilla chips and cheese:

Very yum! I had a big lunch so this was the perfect dinner. What are you guys doing this weekend?
By the way, check out the awesome me & goji cereal giveaway on the great blog, HealthingIt

Mm I love that you added tortilla chips and cheese to that soup! I get that a lot at restaurants, but have never done it myself. Thanks for the idea!

This weekend - finishing up my last paper and PowerPoint presentation so I can get on outta here and head home for spring break!

Thanks for your comment on my blog about the tummy troubles, too. It stinks that we can relate to each other in this way, but it's also very comforting knowing I'm not alone. I hope that your tummy has been having a good week :o)

Once again, happy blog birthday!!
