Chobani Nutella Brownies

Inspired by many recipes I saw online, but not by the amounts of sugar & butter in them (1 cup of sugar & 1 stick of butter), I came up with my own version of nutella brownies using Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt (you could also use plain and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract):

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup vanilla chobani
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella (or combination of nutella and peanut butter)
  • 3/4 cup AP flour

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an oval pyrex dish or 9x9 inch pan.

In a large bowl, beat together butter and chobani. Add sugar and eggs and mix until combined. Mix in Nutella and stir until mixture is creamy. Add flour and stir until just combined.

Spread mixture into prepared pan and bake for ~25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

I took these, along with chocolate chip cookie dough balls and later added peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, to a Penn State Bowl Game party:

Yum!
