Christmas Tree (kinda sorta), Potstickers and Vegis

I can't believe it is Sunday already! Do we really have to go to work tomorrow???? Today was somewhat uneventful! I did a bundle of ironing and then headed out to do a couple errands. I got shoes to go with my dress for our company Christmas parties this weekend. I also stopped by Lowe's and picked up our "Christmas trees." Since we're staying in this very tiny apartment, we knew we didn't really have room for a big tree. We also don't have any of our decorations (they're all in storage). Instead, I got two little trees. First, a rosemary tree:

...and a mini palm (which will eventually go into Josh's office):

After my errands and such, I went to the gym. I ran two miles and then did an hour of weights. I totally didn't want to go today but knew I wouldn't be able to go tomorrow (dr's apt!), so I forced myself!! For dinner, I made these yummy potstickers (I boiled them):

Served with steamed veggies and a little stir fry sauce:

They were very good! Did you have a nice Sunday?

Your kitchen in the background looks just like mine. It has about 12 inches of counter space, haha. I wonder if we have the same model in different locations?

My Sunday was nice. I stayed up way too late last night, so I've spent the majority of the day curled up on the couch. :)

I love the rosemary tree! We haven't put up a tree in years and I miss it...but now its just bengal bait and would be knocked over in a nanosecond.

My downstairs neighbor has a palm tree on her porch decorated with christmas lights. It's a Florida christmas tree :)

I love your rosemary tree! Those always smell so good. Definitely a good option for this year.

I tried to get in an extra good workout today too. I have to travel some tomorrow to a dr. apt and will have to miss my date with the gym.

It sounds like you had a great time! I made dinner rolls for a friend who's moving into her new hours, cinnamon rolls for dinner(from scratch) and worked on my book that's coming out this week (panicked scream here).
