Bean-adilla

Hi Hi! How was your morning? Mine was goood ;). I taught Body Step and then went food shopping and picked up dry cleaning. I came home and made Josh and I some lunchy. Since I still had leftover quesadilla ingredients, I decided to use them up! I made more of a bean-adilla (more beans than cheese):

First spray 1 side of tortilla with pam, spread other side with refried black beans:

Place sprayed side down in skillet, top with black beans and corn and sprinkle with cheese:
place another tortilla, sprayed side up on top. Finish cooking, serve:

Enjoy the rest of your day! Whats your plan?

Happy Saturday! As usual, you have done more in your morning than I will probably do all day. I love black beans and cheese! I did Pilates, but I am not feeling so hot so I am just gonna chill and watch movies or something...and probably bake.

Oh, I know, brussels are SO good! And believe it or not, I only recently tried them. I think I could have them just about every night with dinner and be completely satisfied!

Yum! Are those still the TJ's refried black beans you had in an earlier post? I'm kicking myself for not reading your blog before I went to TJ's this morning -- I want a beanadilla! Maybe next week! :)
