Hope your Monday went well. My day was busy work-wise. It looks like I have to travel tomorrow, but just for the day (
yayyy!). Aside from work, I got in two hours of workout time today! I did 1 hour of Turbo Kick at home and then took Body Pump! I don't think I'll be able to fit in gym time tomorrow, so I was excited. During the day, I found Frank laying in the funniest position with his messed up teeth sticking out. I thought he looked like a jack-o-lantern. A face only a mama could love :)
Dinner tonight was fabulous and super easy! Since the Eagles are on, I knew I had to throw something together quick, so I made up
potstickers. I made Pork and
Vegi's for Josh and regular
vegi's for me. They were
wayyyyy yummy.
I also
stirfryed up some fresh pea pods, baby corn, and pineapple.

Lovely dinner :). I forgot to report the other day that Pineapple Express was pretty good. Not a
fav, but I'm glad I saw it! What are you doing tonight?

I should check out that brand of pot stickers! The few times I attempted to get them, it always turns out kinda weird looking. But yours look delicious!!
