Fruit Grunt

The rest of today has been pretty relaxing :). I ran over to my friend Nikki's (I brought her some cupcakes and she gave them a great review!!) and we ran through a few turbo tracks for our upcoming launch. After, I took a quick nap with Frank:and then showered. I ran to starbucks to pickup a couple of Misto's for Josh and I. The coffee was definitely needed and much appreciated :). We put on the Penn State game (Lets go PSU!!!) and I started to make my second dessert, a fruit grunt. I found the recipe for the Grunt on Vegan Yum Yum and was soooo excited to make it. I guess its somewhere between a crisp and a short cake? Any who, I used frozen fruit (blackberries and strawberries). The only change I made was to add 5 cups of fruit instead of 4. Fruit cooking up on the stove:I went the baking route and made 1 large grunt. It looks awesome and I cannot wait to try it tonight! We're going to go grill (indoor grilling because of Hanna) and watch the Bama game at a friends house. Hope you all have a great night!!
