Les Mills Quarterly

I just got back from the "aerobathon" and it was incredible! The day was put on by Les Mills who puts together Body Step (one of the classes I teach). I had an amazing time. It was so nice to be in a room filled with people so dedicated to their health and the health of their participants. I participated in a number of classes including Body Pump, Body Step, Body Combat and Body Jam. If your gym has any of these classes, give them a try! I had never taken Body Combat or Body Jam and really enjoyed both but absolutely loved Combat! Here is a picture of some of the instructors from my gym at the event (before we got massively sweaty :)). I'm in the yellow top and blue capris in front. Please keep in mind this picture was taken really early in the morning :).

Wow, an "aerobathon" sounds like so much fun and such a great way to push yourself!! I will definitely need to do one if I can find it nearby! Love the picture too, you ladies look ready to kick some but ;o)

I took a Body Step class 2 years ago right before leaving the state for a week. I couldn't walk my entire trip!
