Grab and Go

Happy Thursday afternoon/evening! How was your day? Mine was pretty decent. Work was a little slow, but after a busy work week thus far…I sort of welcomed the slow down. In fact, as a result of all the extra work, I get to take a half day tomorrow!!

I’m posting a little early tonight because I have to teach 45 minute Body Step and then plan to take 45 minute Body Pump. After, I will hurry home, shower, grab my portable food containers out of the fridge and then head to the airport to pick up Josh (HOOOOOOOORAY!). So here is what I plan to eat for dinner while I sit in the cell phone waiting area-

Vegetables and Apple with Peanut Sauce:

Recipe can be found here.

On the side I will have a kashi bar:
I plan to nibble a bit more when I get home ;)
I also cooked up a little pasta with cauliflower and red sauce for Josh in case hes hungry when he gets off the plane:

Can you believe its almost weekend time?? Do you have any plans? I have the usual classes to teach (Body Attack tomorrow, Body Step Saturday and I will probably take Body Pump Sunday). Other than that, we have dinner plans with friends tomorrow night and my parents are taking us out to lunch for our anniversary on Sunday. I hope to get out and get LOTS of fresh air too!

I bet the combo of apple/veggies and peanut sauce was a beautiful thing. Anything apple and PB is a winner.

Sounds like a nice weekend. We have a wedding so it should be fun. Weddings are always my excuse to drink free wine and dance all night!

Hope you had a beautiful day hun!

Ooh, that recipe looks good! Whole Foods had something similar the last time I went. I never would have thought to put apple in stir fry, but it's mighty tasty!

Of all of the airports that I have been to I think Charleston has got to be my favorite!

Those veggies in peanut sauce look delish!

When someone is gone and you really miss them, picking them up at the airport is the BEST!
