East Bay Deli & Peanut Butter

Thank you all for the Anniversary wishes :) We had a fun/relaxing night last night. We ran out to East Bay Deli to grab a quick dinner. I absolutely love this deli! They have a great salad bar with all sorts of fresh ingredients. Here is my first bowl which contained a lettuce mix, green peppers, chickpeas, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes, baby corn, and a few pieces of pasta salad. I topped it with olive oil and red wine vinegar. mmmm

The East Bay Deli in Mount Pleasant is located in a very cute/new shopping center. Josh and I walked around a bit, checking out the new stores that will be moving in soon and then headed to Walmart. I picked up two new to me flavors of PB&CO peanut butter that ya'll recommended. I tried the Mighty Maple last night. It is sweet, but VERY yummy.

I also enjoyed a bowl of cantaloupe while we watched Made of Honor...which was cute but super cheesy.

I got up early this morning to get to work on some new Body Attack choreography and to do a little real work. I then headed out and took pump. For the rest of my day, I plan to do more work (it seemed to randomly pile up on Friday!!) and relax.
