Honey Wheat English Muffin Bread

I am loving the weekend so far! How about you? Friday evening, we hit up two of our favorite spots with our friends Mandi & Bryan. First up, Gringos! I got a veggie & black bean salad with a side of guacamole. Their guacamole is so good, but they always give me way too much! I like to get it on the side and use just what I want.

Afterwards, we headed downtown to Fresh Berry! I got no sugar added vanilla yogurt with mango, kiwi and pineapple. Amazing:

I also baked up a couple loaves of English Muffin Bread using this recipe.  The bread turned out fantastic!

I cut each loaf in half to share with our friends and family (My Aunt & Uncle, Parents, Mandi & Bryan) and saved a half for us. Love baking:

Today has been busy! I taught Body Step, went to breakfast with my parents & Josh, went to the pool with Mandi, ran some errands, and now I’m working around the house! Phew! We have grilling plans for dinner and tomorrow I’m headed to the beach with Lindsay! What are you eating for dinner?

That bread looks awesome! We are celebrating my moms bday tonight before heading to the beach this week, so it is probably just pizza!

Ohhh, froyo. I have big dreams of creating a vegan froyo bar-perhaps coconut based? - just for that experience of loading up on toppings ;)

Ahh we are twins, I LOVE kiwi + mango in my fro yo! I usually add raspberries too if they have them. They are opening a pinkberry near me this summer and I am beyond excited :)

Wow - I thought I was the only one who made english muffin bread! I'm actually making quite a few loaves this coming week to sell at the market!

That is one type of bread I've been wanting to try. I'll have to wait until I finish up the whole grain one first, though! ;)

That is quite the weekend!! Love the idea of english muffin bread - I've never heard of baking it as a loaf before!

Dinner last night was at an Irish pub, which meant steak and guinness pie and thick cut fries!!
