Long day, Pot Stickers and Veggies

Hi everyone! It has been one longgg day! Thank you for all the well wishes on my cold! I fought through it this am and got in a Body Attack workout. Afterwards, I sat in meetings most of the day and then flew home to Charleston. I rushed in the door starving and made a quick dinner of pot stickers, veggies, pineapple, and a little stir fry sauce:

Sorry I am a little behind on commenting! Hope you are all doing well!! Anyone watching top chef tonight? Lost?

your dinner looks delicious!

I am a die hard LOST fan but I sort of stopped watching it on TV and just watch it online the next day, with less commercials!

Yeeeeeaaaahhhh I guess I gave up on Lost. Not that I don't like it, but I think I'll just wait for DVD and watch the whole season in like a day!

I actually love your dinner - when I was teaching in China (and had limited grocery resources) that was totally the kind of dinner I could just throw in the steamer and know it was not full of MSG!

I hope to catch it tomorrow! I can't wait!!!

Wow girl. You've been burning it at both ends. Sounds like you need a long day of rest and no travel. :)

I have Top Chef DVRed. :)

mmmm potstickers!!!

I have some shrimp/veggie ones in my freezer for a "rainy" day or a day when I'm starving when I walk in the door.

I looooooove Trader joe's sweet chili sauce with it for dipping - so does my hubby!!

OMG - that is such a great idea! I always things of pot stickers as the main "dish" - in the sense I would never dream of mixing them with anything.

Your idea changed my world! :P Next time I have them, I'm totally adding veggies and pineapple!

Top Chef was pretty awesome last night. :) hehehe FINALLY someone who deserved to get kicked off got kicked off (at least in my opinion). hehehe

I heart potstickers...but yours look more like boiled dumplings! heehee. My favorite ones are 100% veggie from the Asian grocery stores. Which reminds me...I gotta eat 'em soon! :) SO glad to hear you're feeling better!!
