Today has been a very nice (and tasty) day! I got up and had half of an apple z bar. This flavor is awesome! I also had (shocking, I know) a Skim Misto. Once I arrived at training, I had a small bowl of fresh fruit. Around 10 am I had a snack sized bag of pretzels. Lunch today was a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and a banana. Training went by quick today and we were done at 3! I flew back to the hotel, ate a z bar and then went to the gym and ran for an hour. It felt awesome! I did a lot of variation in my incline and speed and it really got me sweating!
When I was done at the gym, I headed to WF's....yayy! I got another salad (another shocker) with a variety of ingredients including: Romaine, onions, tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, a few pasta noodles, a few seeds, raisins, baked squash (oh my was this yummy), topped with a balsamic vinaigrette and served with a sunflower seed roll.
mmmm mmm. For dessert later tonight, I have some dried pineapple and an apple. Looks like I have a good bit of work to catch up on and I want to practice some Body Step. Could be a busy night :) How was your day?
