Two Pea's Coconut Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

As you all know, I love the blog Two Peas and Their Pod! Maria is always making the most DELICIOUS looking cookies. When I found out that my Grandma, Aunt, and Mom would be stopping by for a real quick visit- I knew I had to throw some cookies together (given we only really have veggies and lean protein in the house right now ;)). I ran to Maria's blog and found this awesome recipe for coconut oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! Given clean month, I won't be sampling these delights- but they smell AMAZING!

Are you guys having a good week? Mine has been pretty good :) Getting your workouts in? My workouts this week have gone a little something like this: Monday- 6 mile run, tricep dips for the BBBC, Tuesday- Taught Body Attack, Abs for BBBC, Wednesday- Body Pump and I plan to do my BBBC push ups later. Anyone looking forward to the weekend already ;)?

I am always in awe of your 6 mile run. You go girl! Love it.
I've been doing good on clean eating; I take weekends off though, but I don't go crazy. Been baking up a storm, but I don't eat them, send them far away to hubbys' office. I love coconut in cookies so much, so I bet these are awesome.

Don't those look great? I really admire how much you work out. I need to start making more time for me to do that. I'm getting a free week pass to Sports Club LA next week so that will help – that place is awesome!

Happy Lost Night!

I pretty much love anything relating to chocolate and/or coconut...and of course COOKIES!! These sound amazing!

I was so confused by the recipe you left me at first..I'm like whats "Banana Bread Black Bean Dip"???

Pearl said...

ahh thanks erica! you know, i would stir shredded coconut into my oatmeal so that each bite would be infused with that tinge of coconut, so these cookies look like they'd do SO well in my household!
