My Favorite Breakfast & Meal Plan

OK! I swear, I’m getting back on track with blogging this week! Did you have a nice weekend? This weekend was almost completely unplanned for us…which was amazing! Friday night, we went to dinner with friends and did a little shopping.

Saturday morning, I had step and then went to the farmers market:

Saturday afternoon, we got a bundle done around the house and then went swimming at Josh’s parents house:

IMG_4001Saturday night was an easy dinner/relaxing at home.

Sunday morning, we went to my favorite breakfast spot.

IMG_4006 We hadn’t been there in a while and I was missing it! We started off with coffee and then Josh/Kaylin/I split a fruit parfait & oatmeal. SO yum. I didn’t get many pictures because we were balancing the toddler zoo:

This weeks meal plan:

Tell me something you’re planning to eat this week.

So nice that Josh's parents have a pool you can play in! I miss swimming.

This week I'm planning to eat a lot of greens! I've been lacking in the salad department.

I love how much Kay loves the water - so cute! You BOTH look like you're having so much fun!
I'm making salmon tomorrow - but don't know how yet b/c I want to try something new. Any suggestions?

I went to pin that chickpea avocado spread and realized that I already had. Guess I need to make it!

Hope you have a wonderful week.

All of your meals look and sound fantastic! We had takeout sushi last night from our favorite place. I have so many different veggies this week in our case box, that I'm not sure where to start. I do want to use the cauliflower for pizza one night though.

The unplanned weekends are the best! I can't wait for one myself. The pool wasn't freezing? My parents pool is still a bit on the cool side for me! so mad props to you!

What a fun weekend! Unplanned weekends leave so much room open for fun, don't they? That smashed chickpea and avo salad sounds fantastic - I am going to check out that recipe now!
