I wanted to share with you our meal plan for the week:
Friday: Kabobs, green beans & pineapple
Saturday: Spicy turkey burgers (I added panko, diced jalapenos, diced pineapple into the burgers), cauliflower, more pineapple
Sunday: Out- Chipotle!!
Monday: The burrito filler was such a hit, we’re having it again
Tuesday: Work dinner
Wednesday: Stuffed potatoes
Thursday: Omelets

I always love having omelets for dinner! We have leftover refried beans from tonight, and I was thinking about adding them into the middle of an omelet with lots of cheese. So yummy. I absolutely LOVE that picture of you and Kay. Such happy girls. Happy belated mother's day!

I made turkey chili last night, tonight I was planning Greek salads, need to figure out the protein though (prob salmon from the freezer or chicken sausages - trying to use what I have)
Pasta tomorrow night with ricotta, zucchini and peppers.
Thursday is going to be leftover or panini night - need to use it ALL up b/c we will be at Disney for food blogger conference this weekend :)
