Phew! Hope you all had a wonderful day...this post will be quick one because I'm exhausted! After work, I got some things done around the house and took off for the gym. I taught 45 minute Body Step with my friend Kristen, took 45 minute Body Pump, and then we had Body Step practice for our upcoming launch for another hour or so. My belly was talking quite loudly on the way home, so I threw together the quickest dinner I could!! Sweet potato with white beans and salsa:
More papaya
I also consumed lots of almond butter with some crackers (un-pictured mmmm).
After reading
this post about Osteoporosis from Inside I am Dancing, I remembered how important calcium is for women and that I NEED to start taking calcium supplements again. I ran out to Publix today and picked some up!
Ok time for some Twilight (did you all see the
New Moon Trailer???) and bed with my boyfriend...
Have a great night- tomorrow is
FRIDAY!!!!

I've definitely seen the new moon trailer. It was fun watching the events from Comic-Con today too.

bah thanks for the new moon trailer link its amazing!!!!!!
I'm holding off on Twilight until after my move (I don't need more help procrastinating in packing). Have an awesome Friday!!
Ya know, I've never had papaya. Do you get it at the regular grocery store?
Wow, that is an INSANELY long workout!
Enjoy your Friday :-)
Hmmm..sweet potatoes with white beans and salsa. I take comfort in the fact that I am not the only one who concocts interesting dinner combinations :)
i love that dinner! that's so typical of something i'd throw together...
I need to get on the Twilight train!
Glad you found the post helpful :)
Have a great weekend, Erica!
Papaya. Now that's something I've yet to try. Kinda looks like Mango.
I bet your belly was speaking loudly after that!! Glad a sweet potato could satisfy it : )
Mmm, beans, sweet potato and salsa is probably one of the best combinations ever!
I've recently started taking calcium suppliments too. I hear that women are to be getting 1500 mg of caclium a day and I am no where near that, so I try to take a multi-vitamin in the morning and then a caclium chew in the afternoon.
Bone strength is so important for us ladies!
Yay for Friday! Hope you have a wonderful day beautiful girl!
you are one busy girl!!! and totally with you on the calcium thing. I'm just so bad at remembering to take it!
ps your boyfriend is hot ;)
I need to work more with variations of sweet potatoes. I generally just make them for breakfast.
I can't wait for New Moon. Twilight is next in our netflix and I can't WAIT! :)
I just finished "Eclipse" this week!! I'm SO sad to start the last book. I want to savor it. ;-)
