I feel like I’ve been fibbing to you for some time…and it feels good to FINALLY be able to come clean :).

are expecting!!! Our little peanut is due in July. I am just through my first trimester and am feeling great (although this wasn’t always the case ;)). Due to some swelling issues I’ve been having…I’m bumping out a bit already. I tried to get a couple pictures to show you the mini bump:
Just to note: The minor swelling issues have meant that I have been unable to teach for a while now (which is why you haven’t been hearing me blab on and on about my classes ;)). I am still allowed to walk though, and have been doing inclined walks at the gym and enjoying walks outdoors. Also, due to protein requirements, I have gone back to eating a little bit of meat a few times a week. You can definitely sustain a vegetarian diet throughout pregnancy, I have just decided on a different path.
