Spaghetti Squash, Naner Bread

Happy Saturday! Hope you are enjoying the weekend!! Today has been an incredibly productive day for me. I started it off by teaching Body Step and then taking Body Pump. Afterwards, I ran to the food store for the weekly shopping. I came home and cleaned the apartment/did laundry/ made another loaf of Lauren's Pineapple Banana Bread.

Afterwards, I gave the Frankster a bath and then headed out to the outlets and finished my Christmas shopping!!! When I got back, both Josh and I were hungry. I decided to make spaghetti squash topped with tomato sauce and ground turkey. It was so yummy! I cooked it just like I did last time.

Now I'm doing some relaxing with Josh and this guy...

Josh and I are probably going to run out and pick up a movie! What are you doing this fine Saturday night?

I love baking and cooking on the weekends, there's just so much more time, and no rush...very enjoyable!

I'm watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and then reading New Moon...haha I guess I'm all into the "kid's cult" genre tonight. Let us know if y'all rent a movie, I'm dying to know if any good ones are out!
