I had one additional thought I wanted to add. Tonight I had to run to the store because i forgot the teriyaki sauce when I went food shopping this weekend. While I was there, I saw a bag of what I consider to be my food kryptonite, dried pineapple. Mmmm. I am usually really good at resisting the urge to purchase it because 1) its full of calories and 2) its somewhat expensive (its dried fruit, seriously... $4?). Tonight I decided to treat myself but forced myself to read the nutrition label so I knew how much was in a serving. What is your kryptonite food?

My kryptonite is any and all fresh produce - no joke whatsoever.
Definitely my mom's apple pie...I can't resist it :)
ICE CREAM! (or frozen yogurt, etc.) Seriously- who can have just ONE serving?!
DEFINITELY Ice cream and any kind of sweets!!!! Summer is hard! :)
I'm weak for the ice cream, too. I can't even have it in the house...if I do, its frozen deliciousness calls me 24/7.
Peanut butter or chocolate chips. Once I start, it's hard to stop!
Good call on the dried pineapple, though! That stuff is addicting, too!
All- thanks for responding!
Veggiegirl- thats an awesome kryptonite! I enjoy almost all fresh produce but love love fresh berries!
Sarah- Have you posted this recipe?
Ashley/Jenn- ice cream and froyo=awesome. At Penn State they have a place called yogurt express that I visited once a week! I also went to TCBY 2 x this past weekend when we were in Nashville :)
Melissa- summer is hard! Why do all the good foods come out when you need to be bikini ready?
Jenn- I try to only buy chocolate chips right before I need them :)
