8 oz. fat free, sugar free, or lite cool whip
1/2 cup peanut butter (i use creamy)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (i use low sugar)
Line muffin pans with liners. Mix cool whip and peanut butter until well combined. Spoon even portions into muffin liners.
