Great eats and goodies!
Wait - buttercup and kobocha are the same?? I was clueless!
Yay for your first Konocha experience! What did you think? I really think that my favorite way to eat this type is roasted with salt pepper and then loaded with Ketcup. The acorn squash pairs better with the sweet brown sugar or syrup.
Anyways, I must congratulate you on an INCREDIBLE new PR this morning! That's AWESOME girly! I am so proud! ;)
Hope you had a lovely day today hun.
I'm with Jessica - I don't think they knew they were the same. Very cool!
Now that looks delicious :-)
How was that seasoning mix? I love using mixes like that on steamed veggies so if it was good I may have to pick it up!!
Hot chocolate, chocolate covered beans, and coffee?! That is a wonderful package!!
Hope you have a nice evening and a wonderful Tuesday, Miss Erica :)
do i spy TJ's gluten free box mac n cheese in your cart? let me know how it is! I really like TJ's white cheddar shells :-D
Tj's rocks! I have to go with a LIST - otherwise I will just go from aisle to aisle grabbing random things and leaving w/ a $100 bill - and I still need to go to another grocery store for produce and regular items!!! thankgoodness for my shopper app on the iphone ;-) can keep my budget in check!
Sarah- Hey! I can't log into your blog :( Says I need a password. We have had the Mac N Cheese before and it is AWESOME! Def add to your list of items worth purchasing :) <3 TJs
AWESOME RUN (from the last post!!!) And isn't kabocha so tasty!? Busy yet productive day...wish I could say I had one of those ;)
Hot chocolate and chocolate covered coffee/espresso beans, and the coffee action from Naomi is pretty much the best thing Ive seen in a long time...you are one lucky girl and Naomi is a sweetheart isnt she!
Glad you were able to hit up TJ's too! Awesome!
Looks like a great package to win!!
Coffee...you lucky critter you!
Enjoy!

i forgot to tell you how excited i am for you about your 13.5 miles in the last post! stellar job girl!
Buttercup? From the picture looks like what we call kabocha :-) It must be from the same family ;-)
I like how you prepared it...simple and tasty, yummie!
Ooooh, the coffee looks amazing! I am such a coffee addict, haha. Yum to the choco. espresso beans, too! Have a great night :)
Glad you had a nice productive Monday! I am just glad it is over:)
I'm a prize! LOL
Sorry did a double take there. Is that all by the cafe Britt coffee company??
I have a woven bag that some of their beans came in, I think a friend gave it to me since it has my name on it.
I'll be curious to hear how it is... cannot be that bad with a name like Britt. ;-)
that coffee stash is literally calling my name. that is fabulous!
yay for your first kabocha and getting things done - have a wonderful night :)
What a great, healthy dinner! I still haven't gotten my hands on kabocha squash, which seems to have taken the blog world by storm...
Wow all that yum yum goodies! You are going to laugh when I saw your list Give Frankie a Bath I mistaken him for Josh I was like wowww She baths her husband!!!!! lolol Then I remember the husband is Josh not FRANKIE
Yum! Everything you made looks sooo good!!
Never seen buttercup squash...what the hizzy????
Yay for squash :) Cute Christmas card pic too!
Mmm great dinner! So simple, yet so delicious! I want to try a kabocha squash, but I haven't seen them anywhere around here. All the TJ's stuff in this post rocks, too!
And on your To-Do list - Niko needs a bath as well!
What a prize! My husband brought me some Britt chocolate back from Peru & it was great. I would love to have all those coffees to try out. I'm having a hard time finding a brand I like now that we are back from Brazil. Good thing I brought some of the strong stuff back with me to last a bit. :) Glad you had a good Thanksgiving!
Your din is RIGHT up my alley!!!! Looks perfect. Hope you enjoyed your first buttercup lol :) :)
Hi Erica,
I have a buttercup squash and I was wondering what to do with it. Pairing it with beans, veggies, hummus, nuts and seeds and more sounds like a great idea. I must make that soon. Have a great day. Love the blog, you are on my blogroll :)
How did you like the buttercup? Pretty awesome, eh?
Way to rock out the TJ goodies!!!
I didn't realize buttercup = kabocha?! Buttercup, butternut...I'm already confused. :-)
I've been looking for it everywhere, but can't find it! Yours looks so yummy. I haven't met a squash I didn't like....yet!
Buttercup is so amazing and to me, one of the most filling squashes!! I will just eat it as a snack all day--yummy! They are buggers to cut though--good thing my knives are sharp lol.
Best looking dinner ever Erica. Yum to both plates. :)
Jealous of that coffee stash. All we currently have is the Kirkland Costco stuff. Good but boring.
i still have yet to try a kobacha squash, but from what i hear, they're wonderful! also, from your post below it looks like you have an absolutely adorable family, good times!
OK now see, I thought buttercup and kobocha were the same - but then produce manager at Wegmans told me they weren't and I felt like a total dope for asking! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who's heard that they are the same thing.
You are one busy lady. Getting a lot crossed off the to-do list!
TJ's hummus, how I love thee :)
I am yet to try kabocha as well...I just love butternut so stinkin much!
Awesome prize!
I've never had buttercup squash, but it looks so tasty! Congrats on your new PR!!!
So, how was your first buttercup squash? I can't wait to try one - squash of all kinds is my favorite vegetable.
Congrats on the long run! Looks like you had a fantastic T-giving.
i love that seasoning! how funny, i put a photo of it in my post last night. i, however, did not have delicious TJs hummus :( only nonperishable TJs goods for me! fun treats :)
Funny, I also did not know that buttercup and kabocha were the same. I love the nutty sweetness of this squash.
I've never had apples with hummus before. I should try that! We always have hummus around. I should make my own. Hmm...
I finally have become a konocha convert as well.

Im REALLY working to model adventurous eating for the child :)
I love how you post your meal and your hubby's. I should totally do that. We eat different variations of the same thing but I'm a high raw vegan and he'll eat whatever's in front of him!
