Only downside to my day- dead car battery! Luckily, Josh got it jumped quick:
Once my car was fixed, I ran out to teach Body Step at gym #1 and then taught Body Pump (first full time through wahooo!) at gym #2. I had a shot blok in between and I think it really helped recharge me.After my classes, I came home and ate a quick lunch, got our backpack stuffed with water/bug spray:
And a few bars (it was really a Clif kind of day!):
And then we headed out for a nice hike. Here are a few pictures from our trip:

We got home from hiking in time for the Penn State game and a little house work.
Tonight we went out to dinner to one of our favorite places, Mellow Mushroom with our friends. Here is a picture of Josh and I from dinner:

I just finished snacking on my dessert, a HUGE apple and almond butter and now we're getting ready to watch a movie! How was your Saturday??

Looks like a fun day! I went hiking with Kath and some friends last weekend and had a blast. Yesterday was pretty awesome too. We visited my MIL for her b-day and saw The Blind Side - great movie! :)

Girl, you do ever order anything other than salads when you go out? LoL. Don't get wrong, salads are amazing, but I don't think I have ever seen you eat a single other thing at a restaraunt. Hey, I'm not hating, salads rock!

I have no idea how your resisted the Mellow Mushroom pizza...theirs is one of my favorites! You seriously eat healthy 100% of the time huh?
I wish we had a good place to hike...Florida=flat as a pancake though lol!
Do you find it hard not to even taste the pizza? Pizza is my weakness.
