Stuffed Potatoes, HELP!

Hi :) Happy Tuesday! I had a pretty nice day. Work was alright, ran some errands, and then I taught Body Step. I came home and made stuffed potatoes.

Very yum.

I need some help friends- I have to make a pot luck dish for Josh's work next week. I want to do a pasta bake- do you have any good recipes? Please please leave them in the comments or shoot me an email at itzyskitchen at gmail dot com. Have a sweet night ;)

Oh how funny- I just did a pasta bake tonight!!

I would have much prefferred chicken to the sausage I did- the sausage was kinda gross but the pasta bake was delicious!

I've never done a pasta bake (besides mac and cheese) so I don't have one for ya. Hope you find something good!

Unfortunately, I'm no help with pasta bake recipes, but I'm sure somebody is going to hook you up with something scrumptious. Until then, I just want to say that your stuffed potatoes are AMAZING! Very yum, indeed!

We did a baked pasta not too long ago, it was super easy! We used whole wheat pasta and a veggie pasta sauce. Go to our blog for the recipe..it is under pasta!! Let me know if you have questions!!

I don't! I've never even made one if you can believe that! I have a good potato and green bean recipe, though.

Hi Erica! I'm actually making a baked ziti right now...ground beef (or turkey), pasta, ricotta, sauce and parmesan cheese, mix in a big bowl together then bake for 30 minutes...top with mozzarella. Classic and good.

If not, check this out...it's a little different but so good!!

I'll have to confer with the bf's VERY ITALIAN mother for a recipe. When it comes to pasta she is god.

I keep things simple, but I know a rice bake that’s delicious that I only make when showing off =)

Italian Rice Bake (Not healthy but incredibly delicious)
-The bottom layer is cooked Italian sausage nice and juicy.
-The nest layer is a mixture of rice/tomato paste/favorite Italian seasoning
-Then there’s a layer of fried zucchini.
-Finally top with your favorite Italian cheeses.

Hope this helps.

Tip...have the rice cooking while you fry up the zucchini, and sausage.

I have a great bolognese sauce that can be mixed with any pasta and topped with a good manchengo, but it's a serious time commitment. How much time did you want to spend?

Thanks for the warm welcome back! I gave myself a little break over the holiday, but I am definitely back!
