Paella and Frozen Yogurt ;)

Tonight I made Paella based on this recipe from Robin Miller. I used the same sausage I used in last night dinner but I only ate the veggies.

After dinner, since I can't eat tomorrow (although I just found out I can have jello- yayyyy), we went and got frozen yogurt! I got vanilla with heath bar on top. It was very good!

How was your Monday?

Oohh, your paealla looks tasty! I'm glad you treated yourself to frozen yogurt since you have to live on Jello tomorrow :(

My Monday was uneventful, but I did try a new recipe for dinner which is always exciting...raw macaroni & cheese. Kraft mac & cheese, twas not...but pretty tasty.

Good luck tomorrow. Jell-O no recommendations there, but they do have a lot of new yummy flavors.

I love Heath and usually get it as a mix-in. I had some homemade toffee at a party last night, and even had 2nds and 3rds. Yummy.
