Today has been fabulous! I got up and taught Body Step, ran a few errands, went to the pool, watched Eagle Eye with Josh, and made up Maria's AMAZING key lime pie bars.
Please excuse the poor presentation- this was the first slice out and you know that first slice is always a little messy ;). The recipe can be found here. I made these special for Josh as key lime pie is his absolute favorite dessert. Its our 2 year wedding anniversary on Tuesday and he will be on a business trip, so I figured I'd let him celebrate a bit early ;). I am hoping he can finish a few slices before he leaves, and then I plan to freeze the rest for him to enjoy at a later time (fingers crossed that it freezes well)!
Not sure whats on tap for tonight. What are you doing?
First of all, happy early anniversary! Isn't it crazy how fast time flies?? I can't believe JR and I will be married for 8 years this coming December! Wow...
