Bread, Granola, Bars, Reminder

It has been a WONDERFUL weekend! I hope you have had a good one too! Quick recap:

Friday: Taught Body attack, made Egg roll ups with potatoes and fruit for din din, watched movies with Josh

Saturday: Got my hair done (hooray), went food shopping, went out to dinner with my Aunt/Uncle and Parents at King Street Grill, went crazy baking:

Last night I made the EASIEST yeast bread ever using this recipe:

I had a slice of it this am with PB before Body Pump (YUM!).
I also made some Tina bars with chocolate chips (I subbed egg whites for the eggs):

I also made some Suite Apple Pie granola.
For the rest of today, I plan to RELAX, give the Frankster a bath, and make some homemade gnocchi. What are you doing?
Don't forget, you have until midnight tonight to enter for a chance to win some Cinnamon Sweet Bread
